Colab #100.. can you believe it?.. 100!  What a great program this is.. and it is still going strong. Here are Aunty Prims entries.

 

So freaking cute!! Look at those garden lights! Don't know where she comes up with her ideas, but she always blows me away each week!

I was away, so I didn't get my submission in to this colab :( I was very sad.. it would of been fun to be part of it. So I am going to show case two recent texture sets I made.

Daily Creative in SeondLife

Wow can you believe we are at Colab #99!?! This incredibly creative venue has been so very successful. The weekly offerings from the different creators is always exciting. This week the theme is Weathered Beach House. That brings so many thoughts to my mind... sand and surf and peeling paint.  Lobsters and seashells and old wooden boats... . Both Maitresse and I had a lot of fun creating for this theme. Here is what our offerings are,

Weekly Wanderings, Greenburg Gardens

Today's weekly wandering is at the beautiful Greenburg Gardens http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/GreenBurg/200/217/83
It has been around for quite a few years.. since 2007. If you haven't visited, you have been missing out! It is a beautiful sim. Well built and landscaped with lots of nooks and cranny's to explore and discover.
So many romantic spots with dancing and lit candles. Cottages with cozy cuddle rugs and fireplaces.. This would be the perfect place to take a date... or just have a quiet time with a loved one.

 

Back to the future of creating!

Ayngl and I have reopened the Daily Creative shop in SL. It has been a couple of months now so back to blogging for us. If we can just get our heads out of creating for a few minutes :>

I've been learning mesh - and finally starting to understand Blender. It's not the most intuitive program out there. There are some good classes with Optimo Maximus at Builder's Brewery. I've taken some there and also with Haven Ditko when her uni was open. She is offering private lessons now.

Whats up around the shop? We're  in the Beautiful Sunny Day fp Hunt! Really had fun making the textures for it. Both Saffron and Aunty Prims have a gift so they are only 1L each. Some great gifts to be had in the hunt including some mesh as well. See here for more detail.

And of course we are excited to be back to creating for CoLab Kits. The theme for the latest kit out is Fairy Garden. I'll upload some pictures once I grab them again - I had my laptop die on me. Remember to check out Colab on Facebook as well - there are hints for the next theme on that page.

Round Number 4! One of the best hunts in Second life (in my humble opinion lol)
Running from April 1-30 All Full perm items for creators. Honestly can it get any better than that? The theme is Country Pride.. and it was open for individual interpretation. You are searching for a wooden barrel. At The Daily Creative.. we have 2 hunt gifts out.. one from *Saffron* and one from Aunty Prim.
